Starting Your Journey

Clinical Admission Process

We ensure a smooth, dignified, and supportive transition into our care through a structured 5-step process.

1

Initial Contact

Reach out via phone, WhatsApp, or email for a confidential consultation. Our admissions team is ready to listen and guide you.

2

Pre-Admission Assessment

A qualified clinician conducts a phone or in-person assessment to determine suitability, urgency, and the specific level of care needed.

3

Medical & Psychosocial Evaluation

Upon arrival, a full medical check-up, substance use history, mental health screening, and biopsychosocial assessment are completed.

4

Consent & Orientation

Client and family sign informed consent forms. The client receives a full orientation to the program rules, daily schedule, and expectations.

5

Detoxification

If required, safe stabilization begins immediately under 24/7 medical supervision to ensure comfort and manage withdrawal symptoms.
